By accessing or using MyLookbook ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including images, text, and profile information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant MyLookbook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and for marketing purposes.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. MyLookbook reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of MyLookbook and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLookbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
